Role & Market Position
Tianlong Kenya was established to provide localized, high-volume supply for East Africa. Producing only the 6kg and 13kg models allows the plant to focus resources, tooling and quality control on the cylinder sizes most in demand regionally — improving lead times, lowering freight costs, and ensuring a predictable, high-quality supply for our distributor partners.
Production Capabilities & Lines
The Kenya facility is equipped with modern forming, welding, finishing and testing equipment sized for high-volume output. Key capabilities include:
Deep-drawing / forming lines for 6kg and 13kg body halves
Automated seam-welding fixtures and parameter data-logging
Shot-blasting and coating booths for consistent surface preparation and paint finish
Valve assembly and torque-check stations adapted to regional valve standards
Hydrostatic and leak-testing rigs, and final dimensional inspection stations
Packaging, palletizing and container-loading area with export packing workflows
